Up to 3 holds with a combined total of no more than 3 months per 12-month agreement term

Conditions

Minimum hold period: 1 month
Hold begins at the end of the current billing period — cannot be backdated
Your space is fully guaranteed and held exclusively for you during the hold
Agreement auto-resumes at full rate when the hold period ends
To end a hold early, contact us directly — agreement resumes at the next billing date
Access to the facility is not permitted during the hold period

We know life on the road doesn’t always run to a schedule. Sometimes you’re away for a month, sometimes three. Up until now, that meant cancelling your storage agreement — and risking losing your space when you got back.

The Frequent Traveller Program lets you put your storage on hold while you’re away, and come back to the exact same space — guaranteed.

Spaces at Caravan Concierge are in high demand. Once you have one, you don’t want to give it up. The Frequent Traveller Program means you never have to.

How it works

6 Month Agreement members receive:

1 hold of up to 1 month per agreement term

12 Month Agreement members receive:

Up to 3 holds with a combined total of up to 3 months per year (e.g. 3 × 1 month holds, or 1 × 2 months + 1 × 1 month)

Upgrading to a 12 month agreement gives you maximum flexibility — perfect if you travel a few times a year.

A few things to know

Minimum hold period is 1 month
Holds cannot be backdated — your hold begins at the end of your current billing period
Need to come back early? Just contact us and we’ll resume your agreement at the next billing date
Access to the facility is not available during your hold period as your vehicle is away with you
