Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Caravan Concierge and Kassandra. She was friendly, responsive, helpful, and very transparent from the beginning. We contacted a few other places, but Kassandra was the only one who followed up and took the time to help us.
I cant rate the company and the owners Grant & Kassandra more highly they were just fantastic to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to make everything simple and so easy to deal with.
Was able to get my caravan stored at very short notice. Very helpful allowing me access to site to do repairs to my van without any problems.
